Well, finally got a response from my insurance company today (the day that my policy was due to be cancelled because my brokers are the most incompetent bunch of prats, ever known to the insurance world.)..

Many thanks to Simon Norris for sorting me out with a letter headed list of mods, and estimated bhp.

Good news - No further additional premium! Hurrah!..

Bad news, they've decided it neccessary to increase my excess from £350 to £550 :eek:

You don't hat the car.... you love it or you would have sold it already, and yo wouldn't be even thinking about paying more excess to insure it.

You love your car because of the Exaust note, the feeling you get when you bung your foot down and you here the turbo whin, and the feeling when you get chucked back into your seat while givin' it some.

And don't forget the look on the XR2i, and Nova guys (that says what the fook was that then) when you blow them away.

I could go on....but I can't be arsed....... your a petrol head and y you do love your car!.....but in case I'm wrong and yoiur gonna sell your car.....I'll have you Blitz NUR Spec!!!!

Thats only a little more excess than I pay. And hey - the only time that matters is IF you have a crash.
Weigh up the additional premuim that a lower excess would bring and I think you'll find you still come out on top...
I figured if I have a smash bad enough to do £500 worth of damage to my car, I'd scrapp it - I only paid £995 for it anyway!

D, a friend of mine has just been evicted, could he come live in your exhaust? There looks to be more than enough room :D

Also, I didn't realise S13's went all the way up to M reg :) must be one of the last ones sold?

Our four kittens live in the exhaust, no room for strays ;)

And yips, S13 ended Sept 94, so a few were registered in the months following. There are at least 2 other M reg S13s on the board, Dai Boy, Vipers too I think..

Heard you have had some good news about your injectors, so hopefully, combined with mass jealousy of your exhast, owning one of the newest S13's on the board (indeed in the country) as well as all the other fine points raised, you have remembered why you bother :)

The Nur Spec R (mine.) is cat-back..

You can get it as such the rear section, too.. just called the Nur Spec.. :)

No idea how big it is, but it's big, and it's faffing loud :D
