Hearty Recommendation

I have jsut had a new phone line put into my house by Servista. It's more expensive connection than BT (£144), but the calls are cheaper.

I can not state how pleased I am with Servista's service. BT have messed up repeatedly (both now and in the past when I was with them), and Servista's agents have been totally fantastic. I don't often recommend ppl this highly, but they have given me the best customer service I have ever had.

I agree wholeheartedly. I've been with Servista for over 12 months now, since Tiscali (sh!te) stopped their telephone service (everything went downhill after the multiple buyouts), and I agree the customer service is excellent. Line rental slightly more expensive than BT, but the calls are a lot cheaper. Highly recommended by me too! :D
