I think you may have tempted me out of even more money, am needing a set of everyday wheels to save on tyre expense!

Will be in touch after I've got xmas shopping out of the way

EDIT: Suddenly thought, whats the maximum sized brakes I could fit under those?

Theres not a huge amount of brake clearance with the D1s

Was worried that would be the case. I'm wanting some good brakes, so the search for some everyday wheels might have to continue :(

Are these gonna be available in wider widths and lower offsets in the future?

I dont know of any plans for further sizes in the near future.

:(

Will have to save up some cash next year and try and track down some 'Work' rims then

I so like these rims :smitten: very tempted, but it would mean having to buy new tyres as well as selling my 18"s, and i'm not sure 8" would give me a wide enough tyre cross section :( i can already lose traction in 3rd with 255s!
Just thought! would they clear 310mm GTT brakes?

Youll not get serious brakes under them

What tyres have you got? I was getting perfect traction in the wet in our 400bhp drift car in third with 255 Toyo T1Rs and our 500ishbhp S13 will hook up perfectly in second with 225 Toyo 888s.

I'm running Falken 451s, but when i say i can loose traction, that is with a err little provocation ;) boost is set to come in hard and fast :D my engine does make good mid range torque, normaly there good as gold, but i think if i go down in width i might run into problems
