Japanese Sat Nav systems

I'm off to buy an MR2 Turbo on Saturday and its got an Eclipse CD/MD/TV Sat Nav system in it, but its Japanese.

Apparantly you can get the TV working in the UK for £200 just wondered if anyone knows if you can convert the Sat Nav so it work in the UK??

notice after hr_car3.jpg there's a "?" and then some random string... that confuses Vbulletin (doh) and makes it think it's a url... to get around you could use full HTML like so..

Which might not work, as apparently the link is unresolvable from here.
