Second hand info i have not seen them myself but i have been told there are 2 in the area ;)

i've only seen one camera there. just after the tunnel as your heading from Butetown towards Penarth, there is also marking's by the sliproad for the Penarth exit but there doesn't seem to be a camera there. the speed limit has now been dropped to 50mph.

if anyone remembers the cameras on that road from before, they are in the exactly the same locations.
