I've been suckered into providing cover for a bloody casino and nightclub complex in Mary Ann Street, Cardiff - Dewi's and Gala? :annoyed:

Fcuking lead insurers reckon it's alright, but I'm naturally a bit nervous about it all, since they told me it was a bar/restaurant at inception :rolleyes:

Anyone know it, is it a fecking sh1thole or a more classy joint? Any fighting, malicious damage etc problems with it?

thats just around the corrner from the student accom Im working on....
its the top end of town, a bit more quiet than the main drag as for knowing the club itself :confused: you may get lots of ****er I mean not ****er students go there :(

Are you covering the whole block then ?

There is a multi screen cinema above the Bar and casino :nod:

And the local council must have some sort of stores there as they keep all the road sweepers and suchlike around the back alley.

The bar itself is non smoking and not a spit and sawdust type place (it's quite classy for Cardiff lol)

There is what appears to be a vacant floor space on the first level but that could just be for the Heating and ventilation gear for the cinema ?

There is a high vehicle theft rate in the area around the Building But there is also plenty of CCTV in the area.

Cardiff CIA is opposite the building also so it does get quite busy there.

Jury's Doyle hotel is alongside to the left of the building

What else do you want to know about it lol

Yes there are vacant units in there somewhere, and the cinema complex etc. Upper class non smoking bar is a whole lot better than shady cesspit :D

The last time i was in there they had a Noble parked inside on show :notworthy

Some new dam expensive thing cant remember what model it was but it looked real nice in red :cool:

I wouldnt insure it :p I'm a member of that casino and when rarely i go there they always end up having to sell furnature and stuff :p
