View Full Version : S15 nissan parts numbers
Hello.
Went to a Nissan dealer today and asked them about service and parts.
They said that they didn't have any info about the S15 as it wasn't sold here and they had to look up every parts number via HQ which will be moved to Finland soon :(
So If you good people of the Great Britain could post some parts numbers of anything on a S15 I would be most thankfull.
Especially if it's an oil-filter number ;)
maybe make this a stickie with parts numbers?
best regards
Paul
Hi!
i'm not sure if it can help you, but:
http://hotrod.8.com1.ru/fast/fastprg.rar
"Fast" main program ~21Mb
http://hotrod.8.com1.ru/fast/a2.rar
Catalog with S15 spare parts ~228Mb
Unfortunately i didn't check it by myself, my freinds did.
As i understood it's in japanese language, but there are o lot of pictures. They can help.
I don't know about tyoma's links, but the one here (http://www.skyline-racing-tech.com/link2_9.htm) is fine as its the one I got. You want A2.rar as well as FAST. The accessories are in Jap (though you can work out stuff), but most of the rest is OK. :)
Do you need to download WinRAR to get this to work?
Which one do i need?? - http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm
This one (http://www.rarlab.com/rar/wrar342.exe)
Thanks.
I'm currently downloading.
This should make things easier with spare-parts and servicing bits.

Should the a2 be taking almost 2 hours to download?? - Just making sure i have the correct file
Depends on your connection. Its 229MB...
I have Broadband - not sure of the size
Sussed it, its up and working
Darn it. Cant make it work :(
Get an Error message in the end of the installation and the same message when trying to setup :(
Could someone help me with parts number for the oil-filter?
Bought an S14 oil-filter yesterday but the filter didn't look the same. The S15 filter was bigger.
And by the way.
How in the flying ducks name are you supposed to get to the oil filter?
I couldn't manage to get my hand down there to get it loose
Tried from below to but that was even harder

Its the same filter. When they used to list it, the box used to say S14, S15, Z33, etc. Just checked it too: 15208
I found it wouldn't work until I put the A2 files on a CD.

I have a filter which is smaller than the one mounted now.
Nissan number is 1520865F00
Is this the correct one?
I put the A2 files on a CD but it still doesn't work.
When I try to setup I get an error message stating something like (Warning! bad translation of error message following):
16-bit Windows Sub-system
C:\Windows\system32\autoexec.nt. systemfile is not apropriate to run in DOS and MS Windows programs.
What is wrong?

Yep, that's the one.
Have you followed ALL of the installation instructions here (http://www.skyline-racing-tech.com/link2_9.htm)?

I've followed the instructions very carefully.
Maybe it's my computer
I'll try with another one when I get back from work.

I followed the instructions fully, didnt use a cd, i saved the A2 files into a folder called CD, this worked for me. Only problem i had was the setup, but if you have followed it closely you shouldn't have a problem
Still can't make this work. I've tried with another computer and the same thing happens. I've downloaded it several times.
I've updated everything updateable on my Win XP.
Topper. what problems did you have with the setup?
It's at that stage everything fails for me :(

Did you copy NSFASTKY.INI to the windows directory?
Did you copy NSFASTKY.INI to the windows directory?
Yepp. Just in case I copied it to C:\ and C:\Windows\system32\ too.
No change.
I get an the error message when installing the software (setup32.exe).
See post above for info about message. It pops up just in the end of the installation.
I would really like this program to work :(
best regards
what is in your
\windows\system32\config.nt
and
\windows\system32\autoexec.nt
files... you can view them with notepad. Make sure all commands and files noted there exist on the computer and that these 2 files are not read only.
=== if you have xp installation disk you can try to recreate these files again by opening a command window, inserting the xp installation cd and typing
EXPAND [cd drive:]\i386\Config.NT_ C:\WINDOWS\System32\Config.nt
and
EXPAND [cd drive:]\i386\Autoexec.NT_ c:\WINDOWS\System32\Autoexec.nt
might work.. might not.. but worth a try

OK i'll try that when I get home from work.
I looked over the system32 folder quickly and couldn't find any file named autoexec.nt
Maybe they have been deleted with time?
Thank you for the info
Will try as soon as I get home.

Can't remember if these files are generic or specific, but here's copies.
