What a great day! I was gutted about the weather - after having 28degrees the day before it was a bit of a shock to be sitting in near arctic conditions in my bloody t-shirt :annoyed: :wack:
It was my first, and definitely not my last, drift event and I loved it. I had to get up at 4am to get there on time but it wasnt a problem.
It seemed a bit confused at times - eg I got there for 9am ready to see some action but nothing started till about 10am. Wasnt sure if it was the weather or what. I was also a bit dissappointed that there was no 0-60 sprints on n(again due to our lovely summer).
Anyway, I got some pics but they didn't come out that well because I was sitting miles away from the track!! Got some semi decent pics of the final.
The D1 guys amazed me - Id seen the videos but seeing it in real life it was better than I could have imagined! Definitely going to the D1 round at Silverstone this year :thumbs:
