Always wanted a TVR Wedge, but if anything PH has put me off them 'cos with the MG Midget I have done my 'unreliable-British-sportscar' bit.

That's why I want an S13...

Thought I would try a Japanese-unreliable-car instead :)

I did some work on one of them once, pulled the ECU out and it said Land Rover on the top! Not the most tunable injection system around, chuck it and get some Webers.

Have you seen the Holden HSV's that they talk about on there. Awesome motors. A bloke down my road has one with Nitrous fitted:eek:

It's the fact they are talking about body-off chassis restorations due to corrosion on 10 year old cars that worries me, as well as gearboxes, diffs and driveshafts becoming marginal after only moderate tuning.

(not that Land Rover parts isn't worrying enough from a reliability point of view!)

Don't mention powerful adding NO2 to powerful engines - ELMO might be listening, and the last thing he needs is encouragement :)

STARIONMAN: Pistonheads.com is a high performance car type site, with a very lively forum, but biased towards TVRs 'cos that's how it started. Highly recommended.

I agree ther are a lot of different threads, I tend to read the news and the general sections.
They did add a japchat forum, but its mainly people raving on about Civic Type Rs all the time, which I do like, just only so much you can say about it really!
