We have a large batch of S13 and S14 exhausts in stock. Theyre 3", stainless steel and finished to an increadibly high quality. Theyre a perfect fit and offer superb value for money. The quality of the welding is amazing, as you will see from the pictures below.

They have a large rear silencer with a 4.5 slash cut tailpipe. They have an additional silencer in the mid section which combined with the larger rear silencer makes for a much quieter system than our previous single box items.

We also now have a large number of S13 3" front pipes in stock. The front pipes run from the turbo elbow to the cat back system, eliminating the car in the process. We have two types of front pipes, one straight through and one with a built in silencer for those who want to drop the db levels even further. Once settled in the front pipe dropped noise levels by 4db on our test car.

We have a single box system on our drift car at the moment. When we get it back from Garys we will do a noise test and then swap to our twin silencer and retest.

All the parts come with all necessary gaskets, nut and bolts.

i had an old yashio style dump pipe i bought seperate to bren.. so i asked bren for any of the old style manifolds that'd fit with the dump pipe and he had that one :)

i had a slight fitment issues with two things.

1. gearbox mounting for the exhaust was too far forward to get it attached comfortably, but just got it up and pushed it on and let the rubber take the strain - how long it will, i dont know, it doesnt look like it's comfortable..

2. the thingy above the cutout for the exhaust, looks similar to a towing eye, but isnt, is touching the backbox..

this might be me being a complete spaz, but it isnt blowing and it sounds :smitten:

now im knackered.

those two things can be resolved i think by spacing the gearbox mount further down and are just niggles really :)

i think ill be grinding that little toweye thing off next time the exhaust comes off.

havent driven it yet, so cant say about noise or anything because i have a screw in one of my rear tyres :cry:

well, i've driven to the tyre place to find out about tyres and i must say :smitten: :smitten: :smitten:

on low throttle for cruising it's probably about the same as the mongoose..

but on song.. ohhhhh. :smitten: :smitten:

i chose the front pipe with a silencer, so the one without is probably a tad 'more' :)

i havent taken it on the motorway - the screw in my tyre hadnt gone through, but we found a bubble on the side wall :cry: so ive just come home..

I am soooo confused now.. I orded a turbo elbow from the apex site on saturday the only one I could see for my s14.. a trust one at £135, now one on here for £50? I also got the manifold on the way and the front pipe , but both those prices match...

bren? can this be explained to me? etc.. I would rather pay £50 for the elbow and not £135 as you can imagine..

Its strange that you are having problems, we have sent out two of these front pipes to be trial fitted and were told that both fitted fine. We have also fitted two different cat back system to our own S13 with no issues with them hitting anything? :confused:

bren, eventually i got it to fit, but there's a lot of strain on the rubber bush thingy between the gearbox plate and the exhaust bit. it's not 'square' - it's been pulled towards the back of the car.. it seems to be sitting ok, done 200 miles on it and nothing's blowing yet..

(the rear exhaust hangers are knocking on the hanger mount thing on the back though, must switch all the hangers to those powerflex ones)

as to whether when my nismo gbox mount was put on something was left off i dont know..

should it just be mount > exhaust mounting thing? with nothing inbetween?

I havent fitted a front pipe to an S13 (our S13 runs an S14 elbow, front pipe and decat) so Im not 100% on the parts that attach the gearbox to the front pipe.

Mysterious, I transfer the hole money for the exhaust and the stainless sill plates, but I will transfer the £20.04 tomorrow morning and I hope soon to get the parts, the exchange rate of the "Euro" and "Pound" is very fast changing :(

Theres a special on the systems, get the front pipe, decat and cat back for £400 :) That just for the S14s Im afraid, the S14a front pipes currently cost us too much money to be able to do the same deal :( We will be offering the same deal soon though as we have a load of S14a front pipes on order from a cheaper supplier :)

We only have Trust turbo elbows in at the moment, theyre £135 :)

Carriage is £11.75.

I dont have a reading for the full system yet :no:

We have one on our S13 but we only have cat back and our car is hugely loud regardless of what exhausts is on it so its not indicative of what the system will sound like on a sub 300bhp tuned car :no:

Yeah, thats correct. So Jim and Ann signed the parts off. Jim cant remember packing the order so cant swear that he put the fittings in with the exhaust. However he is usually very good with packing gaskets and bolts, he usually puts them in a padded envelope and either puts the envelope in the box or attaches it to the outside of the box. Maybe you threw the gaskets away with the packing by mistake?

Either way we will send out replacements today :)

How much for a complete s14a system.. and what is involved with fitting manifold, turbo elbow etc? And what benefits would the whole lot bring if all of the stuff for s14a would be fitted - i.e. from elbow, manifold, downpipe all the way to silencer tip - would my boost pressure rise due to the lack in back pressure?

Would this flame, if I still have the standard OEM recirc bov? (sorry for being :ghey: but Id rather it didnt.... )

This is the next step towards your Nismo and Jez group buy y'see...

So what would a total price be for the whole lot? Or whole lot excluding manifold (if there are potentials for cracking of S/S versus cast pig iron)

Brens s13 is completely different to any other s13 on here. You can't just say "how many DBs will this exhaust be?" as it depends on so many other factors. Jason's old S13 (408bhp ext wastegate monster) with a HKS SuperDragger was insanely loud it put my old apex single to shame :eek: It drowned out straight through V8's going through the dartford tunnel was how loud it was, yet on a stage 2 s13 it can sound tame in comparison.

Your best bet is to hear it on a car with a similar setup, so you'll be better off finding someone who's bought one, or just buy one and get another silencer later :thumbs:

The DOT didnt take any figures for a cat equipped S13 so all S13s are tested usuing the stats from the earlier non cat equipped car.

As Phil says our S13 is very loud because of the mods and its set up, its not a fair comparision to a more normally tuned S13. Not to mention that we run an S14 turbo elbow, front pipe and decat so we cant try one of our S13 silenced front pipes.

However we have just sold a system to a local customer who is going to come back after a week or two for noise levels testing :)

Hi there Bren,will be down this Tues if thats ok by you for noise tests,the guy who fitted it was very impressed with the quality,however he did say that the mounting hole brackets on the the front pipe could have done with being 10 mm further back.
Does sound loud but gorgeous, I ve been using the bung and its had very little if any affect on performance only downside is that my turbo sounds very noisey now could this be due to a change in back pressure ?

There is only one other S14a turbo elbow that I know of and its worse that the one we were doing as the flanges snap clean off. Theyre based on this elbow :eek:

Bren im seriously thinking about the triple box system, esspecially as Alan said it sounded the same as the goose on low revs, as thats what im looking for.
Has anyone taken the dual box only, and any comments?

Couple of q's, (u know me ;) )
is this a totally differant system to the original s13 systems of ~2 years ago?
I really hated the sound of them.

If i was to cut away(drill into) a part of the exhaust to fit a certain boss for a certain sensor that someone keeps harping on about;) would my warranty be invalid?

If i put a small apex performance sticker on a quarter window do i get it all FOC? :wack:

Plenty of people are running the plain front pipe and twin box cat back. I cant think of anyones specific comments on them though.

The system isnt the same as the old one, the back box is different, the tail pipe is different, its got an additional silencer and you can get a third silencer in the front pipe.

Sticking a boss in the front pipe wont effect the warrenty :no:

A sticker wont get the parts for free ;)
