The ESVA company in Bristol ran into a problem when prepping my car for ESVA. They don't have any standard wheels/tyres and centre to rear exhaust system to put on my car to match the model report.

Does anyone in the Bristol area have stock S15 rims/tyres and/or stock S15 cat-back exhaust to lend out for the ESVA test?

Please help me

Edit: Just heard that any 16" rim with 205/55R16 89V tires should be ok and that an stock exhaust for an Skyline R33 GTS25T should work to.

Regards
Paul

I got some 16” wheels but the tires are shot, try posting this in the 200sx what as you will get a bigger response.

How long would they need the rims and exhaust for?

Hi.

I will post in the 200sx section to then
I don't know how long they would need it. Maybe a couple of days.
I can check with the import company I'm using.

Ok mate, if you have no luck in the next week let me know. What’s the company you’re using?

The import-company is Jap-City.
But for the ESVA it's BMS ltd.
Kent at Jap-city is also looking around for the needed parts.
He has spoken to Newera imports and they said that they have the same problem, but they would get an exhaust in the middle of June which we could borrow/hire.

When I drop the new engine in my car i am having a new full system custom built so my exhaust would be available but I don’t know when that will be. Let me know how you get on.

Thank you.
But is the Varietta exhaust the same as the Spec-R?

Just got an e-mail from Kent at Jap-City. They would need the parts for about 3 days.

Ok. Thank you again for the effort.
I'll try to ask some questions at nissansilvia.com and check if the Australians know.

Edit: Seems like the Exhaust issue has been worked out.

Don't S14s use 205/55/16s? Will they clear the brakes?

Standard S14 wheels fit mine and so should 300zx alloys.

Thanks for the help.

I've learned that the 300ZX wheels share the same bolt configuration and offset as the S14 and S15.
The wheels are a bit wider though. But I don't think that'll be a problem.

Looks as things are brightening up :)

I have a set of my original 16" S15 5 spoke wheels sat in my garage doing nothing so if you want to borrow them...
I am busy at the moment work wise, so you would have to pick them up if you wanted to use them for your ESVA.
Note - I have nearly new Pirellis on them so they should do for whatever the test is.
Let us know!

Nah mine is Black.
It was stranded at BMS for a couple of weeks.
I thought they would have OEM parts in stock

But thanks to Greg and Kieran I'm now enjoying every minute in my S15
