Drift Games?

yea, kaido battle, and D1 grand prix.. D1 grand prix is especially cool... on import only, so you haveto have a chipped PS2 to run them...

Another vote for the D1GP game, its great for just booting up, building some drift beast and going at it. :thumbs:

Would sincerley doubt a UK release, its not even slated for the US. IMO the best ever drift game is.......Ridge Racer on the ps1, pure arcade slipperyness (just remember to destroy all the invaders in the beginning to get the black car :D )

i really need some drifty gaming, what would you guys recommend the cheapest way to get the ps2 to work with jap? a chip or a jap ps2? i am clueless :confused: anyone know anyone who could help?

In one way it might be cheaper to pick up a Jap PS2 off ebay or somewhere, i can't imagine they go for too much and are less hassle than all the mods.

Well,a jap ps2 wont work over here unless you get a step down transformer,and they are soooooooo unreliable.Get it chipped mate.I know someone who is cheap and reliable.PM me for details :thumbs:
Oh,and you will only get black+white off a jap ps2 unless you get that sorted too

Can't believe they missed Drift battles out of GT4! ......
Try Apricott Hill and El Capitain for best drift tracks.. stage 4 turbo with 'pre-lubed' control tyres on the rear......oooohh and nitrous always helps

Kaido Battle is one of the best drift games ever, and my own personal favourite of all time. It should be in everyone's collection, the physics are brilliant.

By all accounts the new 'C1' game is good, its by the same people as 'Kaido Battle' and the Shutokou Battle games, and features track racing but also track drifting etc.

Kaido Battle 2 best drift game by far!! d1 bit arcadey
just got c1 racing which is ok as it mixes drift d1 and wangan
but still does nt beat kb2 though :thumbs:
