If it is then its doen very well as i count see any reflection artifacts in the vid on a quick look.
Very impressive as there was one of these when we went to a track day to silverstone. They are quite fast on the straits but it so funny seeing that land barge trying to go round corners. Even with my comidy surspention I was well faster than it was!

Surely they wouldn't have had the cars in the other lane driving so slowly and in such a uniform fashion if it was superimposed

And they've done a great job of flaring the headlights in the glass as the GL passes the other cars if it is :wack:

Looks real to me - you can hear the director shouting 'Cut cut cut' at the end too...

its totally real, why spend loads doing it on a computer when you could just say 'hey Rhys, drift round this bend for me would you?'

If you look at the trailer, there are loads of police cars in that scene chasing the General.

The trailer does look like there are loads of digital compositing in the film.

The "extra" cars are probably being driven solowly, because the final edited version will most likely end up running at 25 - 50% faster

You'd be better of with some from the film proper, the quality on that clip isn't too great

Not round corners they're not

your right there  but its all relative , what did we or the japs build in 1969 that would out perform one of the many muscle cars from that era , and be affordable by the masses ;)
