Ive got to admit though - these checks are run automatically by the county council (for things like schools) as theyre connected tot he police and paedo databases - to be honest i doubt anyone will be in the position to be running any checks like that on a charity outing for a hospital or whatever. I wouldnt worry too much.

Im clean I work for the Crown Prosecution Service and get vetted every year, I got thrown into the back of a police riot van back in 99 rugby team pub brawl but never had a record from it and hasnt affected my job in any way
