oil change before or after drift day?

I'm going to attend one of the drift days this weekend as well as (if nothing breaks on the saturday) the pod on the sunday.

Would people recommend i change oil before or after said events? I've done about 2.5k since the last oil change, which was a while ago too (like 6 months)

i'd change it before really. Engine gets stressed and hot so best to be fully protected
