What plugs and how much?

My mate has a GTi-R which is the same engine as the S-14 to my understanding..
He's got Pod Air Filter, 5-Zigen Zorst with De-cat and is about to up boost to 0.8Bar..

Standard plugs NGK PFR7B
What plugs would be best? And assuming that you can get the Denso Iridium ones.. how much?

If he wants Iridiums then he should go for Denso IK22s. Theyre in stock and are £42 a set :)

If he plans to wind the boost upto a bar later on then he might be better off with IK24s, they are on order and due next week :)
