When you get your lightning badge you'll see an arrow on the backing. Make sure the arrow is pointing straight up to align the badge as it should be. This makes the red bit in the centre of the badge line up perfectly and the rest of the badge obviously sits right then. (A few people have got this wrong) It will still perfectly cover the 2 holes left by a Nissan 'bus stop' style emblem:thumbs:

Our S13 has an indentation where the original badge sits, the replacement badges wont fill that indent :no:

Any S13 people using these? Wondered where they would look good, or do they only really look good on S14's? I was thinking of a silvia text badge on the tailgate instead of the nissan one when I weld up & spray my tailgate. Would be nice to have the lighting on the front also, but as has already been said the S13 has a burger style indentation!! Anyone got any pics of silvia badges on S13?

EDIT: On second thoughts, maybe it would be up there with GT-R badges on Nova's seeing as the S13 200SX wasn't ever sold as a Silvia :(

Pretty sure it wasn;t, sold as 180SX in japan and silvia s13 was the one with a kind of R32 bodyshell (kind of!!), MitchC was selling one a little while back. After all, that's how you get the sil80, front end from silvia, rear end from 180SX or the Onevia, 180sx front, silvia rear.
Still, they'd look nice but I think I'd feel a bit silly, OK if you have an S14 though :rolleyes:

Bah technicalities, its still the same family, each spwaned the next, just because they skipped the S13.
As for the hamburger indent, the Nissan logo is peeling away slowly at the front and so far it looks fairly flat behind?? Perhaps a little different on a pre-facelift??

Theyre due next week. We have had to place a large of for them to make the shipment worth while and the suppliers didnt have everything ins tock so have had to order int he missing parts. This has deleyaed things but they say everything should be shipping this week to be with us next :)

Sorry for the delay on these they have been on back order with our suppliers but none of them can give me a delivery date on them. We do have the rear black stickers that say silvia joined together if you would like this instead :)

No, they are like the text badges except they are flatter and the writting is joined. We have no delivery date for the AVCR's at the moment :)
