Fitted my apex coilovers yesterday and found that i had raised the car 15mm all round :D (it was higher than my xantia :wack: )

Got it down now 15mm rear .20mm front :thumbs:

Is the spring rate 8/6? If so, what are they like? Mine are 8/6 and I've going to fit them around May-ish and I'm a bit worried that they will be too hard :ghey: . I don't want to have to carry my teeth in a bag when I get out of the car :no: :wack:

Yes they are 8/6 and they seem hard!to be honest,with the weather i only drove about five miles.i think i can live with them though as they were'nt crashing into potholes.also the damper rate is 10 clicks from soft so there's a bit more comfort available,good luck with the fronts if you are doing it yourself,really tight nuts :eek:

On the subject of the auto box I was quite suprised at the ferosity of the kick down !! can see why I was warned away from it now :wack:
