Music linked to dangerous driving
Studies suggest that listening to fast or loud music increases the likelihood of dangerous driving. Research in Israel discovered that drivers listening to fast music were twice as likely to be involved in an accident or commit road traffic offences. They also noticed that music volume has a significant effect on driving. By monitoring the way the body reacted to music, it was clear that music acted as a physical distraction to the driver.
The AA recommends that music should be played at a volume where it doesn't "stop you thinking about your driving." They haven't made any recommendations about what kind of music you should be listening to yet, but we suspect that your insurer might be happier for you to be listening to Prokofiev than Prodigy!
Basically don't: Speed, Eat when driving, use a Mobile phone, Smoke a Ciggarette, Fart, Talk to Passengers, Drive a V8, listening to Music, Enjoy yourself in any slight way
