Hello drifters !

I have had my S14 for about 18 months now, but have never had a go at drifting
I found a large wet piece of shiny tarmac at a local airfield the other day and had a quick play in safety.

Surprised how far out I could get the back of the car and still recover, at relatively low speeds, but would like to be able to do it properly.

Are complete beginners allowed to have a go at the Opt Drift practice sessions like the one on 5th March at Silverstone ?

What do I need to do ? Just turn up ?

Is there a noobs guide to drifting on here ?

Cheers,

Daniel.

EDIT - I have just seen Butuz's thread down below. A noob guide to drifting would still be good though !

Yeh, im a noobie too am deffo conna come along to one of these soon.

I think if you want to do drifitng, you really need to bring at least one set of spare wheels/tyres as i dont think it takes very long to go through the rears :p

You dont want to be driving home on screwed tyres!
