they just quote what they think they can get away with on renewals, 'hey you paid it last year, why not again?'

phone them and get a new quote, and i guarantee it will be cheaper, they are a bunch of lazy robbing B A S T A R D S, make them do some work, renewals are too easy for them.

A couple of friends have three companies that they rotate every year, each one tries to better the others quote so play them off against each other, thank god NCB's are transferrable.

has anyone had problems adding mods to their insurance with flux after the policy has commenced?

They usually charge a £15 admin fee - but no increase in premium for small mods...

Saying that they refused to insure me if I fitted nitrous, and don't seem as keen on boost upping mods as things like zorst and filters.

I'm about to ask them for a FMIC, larger turbo and chip, so just wanted to get the low-down. Bit concerned that they're going to say p**s off, since I already have a balanced/flowed/ported etc. etc. engine.

I've had a nightmare with mods with them.

Policy was good to start, they beat everyone hands down. Had an air filter for 25 admin fee, now they want 65 for a dump valve, and over 120 quid for a NUR spec zorst.

Looks like its interior mods for me then :(

had to cancel my policy with them :(
they wanted about 2 grand extra as they had to change my insurer.

Gone to Greenlight who seem ok so far, and replace like-for-like
