I know BT Cellnet do a Genie tariff, apparently its possible to send "unlimited" text messages, well as unlimited as BT see fit anyway. Not sure how much it is a month though.

this Genie rubbish was on TV the other night. It seems Genie are an American company.. and over there it seems unlimited means 'within a resonable amount'!! People get on these contracts.. send texts all day (as you should) and then start getting charged extra for them because your deemed a 'heavey texter'!
IMHO - Surely all people taking up this offer are heavy texters, so its just a big con.
Apart from that, err im with Vodaphone, but used to be with orange. Prefer orange, although coverage in Reading aint so good.
Orange everyday 50 was pretty good. 50 minutes a DAY off peak (after 7pm) and weekends. Handy for people like me who sit in an office all day and so can use the office phone! ;o)
anyway, hope this helps.

These guys do some great tariffs phones/offers. Free Nokia 8210 etc. Vodafone, O2, T-Mobile, Orange etc.
sorry, also lots of the tariffs (Vodafone) come with 50 free text messages a month (=£6.00), plus like 600mins a month off peak free.

Someone before suggested getting an 8210...don't!
You're almost guaranteed that your screen will stop working within the first year so they're more hassle then they're worth!
8310 or 6510 are okay though.

This is a piece of piss to fix. Any nokia sevice centre will fix it for you in a couple of hours for free as long as it's still in waranty, the 8310 is better though, feels more solid, doesn't rattle

yeah you just change the elastomer, but still not really worth getting when when you can get phones that aren't gonna have the same problem for gratis.
oh and if anyone gets the Sammy T100 i'll come round and beat their swedes in, it's a pile of ****e. for the same money you can get a nice t69i :)
I just got a free motorla V50 (cool looking but cack really) line rental is 13.99 a month and i get 750 free off peak minutes and 50 free text messages a month, not bad i thought.
Suits me as i work nights and therefore use loads of off peak minutes up. oh this is on T-Mobile by the way.
