View Full Version : I've just quit my job!

I finally decided five years of 7am starts and an office full of psychotic females was enough, especially as work is now over an hours drive away.

No new job lined up, well, not yet anyway.

Surely I should be a little worried, in less than three weeks I'll be jobless. I'm not though - just happier than I've been in ages.

Sorry, just had to tell someone other than my boss!

:D

I`ve been at my job for 5 years now and my boss is so stingy and pays f all,but it`s 5 mins walk from my house and is quite an easy job so i think that`s what keeps me there, also i`m scared of change!! :D

Thank you.

The strange thing is I quite like my job, but my boss, my co-workers and my loathing of early mornings have become unbearable.

Time to find somewhere I will be truely appreciated! :)

been in my job for 4 & half years.

No payrise or review in over two years!

Last payrise was back in April 2000!

Thinking about it I am now worse off as inflation (price of food etc has gone up & my wage is the same as years ago).

In reality I have had a pay cut!

Anyone else in the same postion?
