View Full Version : Toyota "Curran"??????
I saw one of these out today. The bodyshell looks like the GT4 model shape Celica but it didn't have pop up headlamps. It actually looked really nice. It was silver and the owner had put on a set of 17" BK 121's and lowered it. A very pretty looking car. Was this some kind of funny Jap hybrid like the Sileighty or just another nice car they didn't bother importing? Also, what engine does it have, he wanted to race but unfortunately we were in traffic. Would I have seen it off????
A what?
I couldn't find one mentioned on Yahoo...

They mostly seem to be autos with a 1.8 litre engine of some sort from what I can see.
You should destroy one if he did try to race you...
Ha! I thought it would be you who came up with the answer Papa!!!:D Yes that's the car. It's like a Celica with Camry lamps. I think it looks nice, especially in the silver I saw. Bit sad that it only has a 1.8 engine tho. I will keep an eye out for it now I know that!!!!:D
They did a special edition of the Curran - like the T-bar on the MR2s
It was the Curran T-bun
bwah-ha
Ooh - hope no owners see that comment Dunk, I'm sure they'd be very in-sultan-ed, and start raisin-g hell.

Raisin the level of conversation again I see
I saw one of these Currant T-Bun's that Dunk mentions. Looked OK.
Walked away when I saw what it had written in the small print of the bottom of the number plate:
"May contain nuts"
Sorry guys - couldnt resist :D:D:D:D:D:D:D
