I'm not connected with 'em but I've been on some of their trackdays and they are one of the better organisers out there. Probably best to register with them and you'll get the newsletters.

Usually it's not the organiser who wants to stop this sort of fun, it's the circuit people.
At Brands you get black flagged if your tyres just squeel a bit, but that's because they are paranoid about noise.

Although to be honest a track day is for grip not drift :D
