I was with CIA for two years on my 205 GTi and when i had a woman in a fiat smash into the side of me CIA basically did nothing. The woman said it was my fault cos i was young and driving a powerful car (1.6 scrabble power, wow !!) so, of course that meant i MUST have been speeding, no other excuse, not that she drove into the side of me, god no!
anyway (rant over), CIA were completely useless, i ended up gettin a 3rd party company in :(
Sometimes i wonder if you get what you pay for with insurance?

That's bloody annoying!
Frankly, I have little faith in insurance companies being useful. I just pay for it to cover myself legally. ie "Can I see your driving licence, MOT and insurance details?" "Yes, officer"
Thank God for small claims courts :)
