View Full Version : Medical Question
The last week or so, I've been getting increasingly thirsty on a seemingly constant basis.
I've kept tabs on how much fluid I've been drinking and it's been really quite high.
But especially after 6-7pm, I go a bit dry and feel thirsty, so I drink like a pint of water but I'm thirsty again about 10 minutes later, and I get to the point where I can't drink any more (stomach hurts). What's going on?

You may be turning into a camel!!:D :D :D :D
Isn't thirst one of the signs of diabetes?
Usually accompanied by dizzy spells.

Maybe dehydration due to the ammount of beer you've been drinking??? :D

Mmm that was my initial though too, other symptoms are needing a piss all the time, poor eye sight, being irritable when hungry... Sugar fix.
Think you can be tested pretty easily for diabetes.
Could also be a form of flu-type bug.
Check to see if you are getting tired, experiencing shortness of breath or sugar-shortages.
Just get it checked, whatever. You pay your taxes, so use the health service!

Andy and beer, somethings never meet, he's a Smirnoff man!
Andy, if you're really worried phone the nhs direct helpline. Think it's 0845 46 47 or somethin. Have used em in the past & they're not too bad
