My crappy new job turned up a nice surprise today.

I found the machine shop, complete with lathes, milling machines, pillar drills, surface grinder etc, and joy of joys, a grit-blast cabinet! Always wanted one, never had the space. :)
Nothing clever like crank grinders or Serdis or anything, but it's better than nothing.

And I thought it was just a load of weird plumbing fitting making Heath-Robinson devices.

The night shift looks strangely attractive all of a sudden...:p

Damn handy those blaster cabinets,working in a bodyshop I have access to lots of lovely toys like mig/spot welders, , jig, spray booth ect;) :D

Grit blasting is :cool: i have a mate who blasts anything i want for nowt and ally castings look the nuts when they have been done.
