Bit of a bad one - I got made redundant yesterday :(

The company went into administration on Monday, so it wasnt entirely unexpected ................ but the reason the company went into administration was so that we would get all of the money owed to us (notice, redundancy, wages to yesterday, holiday)
what has actually happened is I have been bent over and f*cked up the arse by them - they are giving us NOTHING
Im owed about £3000 and am not getting a bean from the company - what I do get I have to apply to the DTi for and that wont turn up for 6-10 weeks, and even then its capped to a pittance :( :( :(
Its not even like they are going to keep the company running - they seem to have just got a big list of names and stuck a pin into it - there are at least three people gone without whom the company cannot function.
So Ive just worked a month and wont get any money for it for another couple of months, and when I do it will be a fraction of what I earnt, never mind the redundancy money etc.
Cants.
So basically Im not gonna be here too much for a while - anyone who has my e-mail will have to change it to pimpythepornking@hotmail.com
and remember - NEVER BELIEVE WHAT THEY TELL YOU!!!

Been there as well before mate, know how you feel its a bitch.

Apparently in the Netherlands companies cannot just do this, if they wish to make anybody redundant they have to follow a legal process and help you find another job before you are finally released.
