You are too attractive in your photo to be real, which is either a huge compliment, and you are real, or a small piss off cos you've been rumbled...

Methinks DL is refering to Suzy (?) who was a rather attractive bit of totty that was on the BB a few months ago. But she was scared off by disbelievers. Even is she was a fake, the photo was rather nice.:D

This is not Catherine, she is apparently a real woman and no photo has been shown. Which must mean that she is not attractive.:D

Iain seemed determined to cause friction and bad-feeling between us and the Supra club. When this didn't work he then resorted to cheap insults - calling people 'morons' and similar.

Understandably, we weren't too pleased about this.

Iain

No friction just a need to know if a certain manoeuvre was common place or worthy of praise.

What DID cause friction is taking text from a CLOSED forum when this breaks your agreement on entering, as a moderator here you SHOULD know better, publishing anything from a closed forum on an open forum has serious potential, dispite this, I have not banned you from the Forum.

Not at all, you haven't annoyed anyone on the board, Iain however has and some of the comments he made were just out of order.

I don't see why anyone should Catherine. Iain is deliberately trying to wind people up, u r not. Simple as that. If he could just admit that he could be wrong about the "terrible driving" incident then people might not think he was such a ****er.

Death to Iain. he scared off the only woman i've ever seen on this board, TWAT,TWAT,TWAT,TWAT,

Not being able to see the threads that he has "misbehaved" in I cannot comment. However, I assume the "terrible driving" incident is the one on the Supra site where someone in a Supra overtook an overtaking BMW. As fun as this no doubt was for said Supra driver, I don't think it was particularly fun for the BMW driver. Someone did that to me once and it scared the sh!t out of me!! A scared driver can make mistakes. In short, the Supra driver may have been completely in control, assessed his maneuvre was safe to himself, but hadn't considered the reactions of the other drivers on the road.

However, driving is driving and we all do things that get the adrenalin going, be it not entirely safe. But the thoughtful driver can do that without putting others at risk. We are all each other's peers and as such we have a duty to make people think about the way they drive whilst still having fun. This doesnt mean we all have to drive like grannies!! The person that later on in the Supra thread went on to say he overtook on a blind bend was an even scarier thing to contemplate!! Luckily he was not condoned.

So, my point is,whilst I don't condem or condon the Supra driver, Iain was merely pointing out (in admittedly his usual arrogant way!)) that driving in this manner is not something to really be praised.

I am not here to defend Iain, he is quite cabable of doing that himself and I know how arrogant he can be. His manner in putting things across gets people's heckles up, believe me, I know!!

bond_200

It was mainly the manner in which Iain was putting his views across that seemed to cause the problem. From reading the driving incident post there appeared to be plenty of room to overtake the beemer and even if the supra driver did drive dangerously, don't we all at some point? :) Iain seems to think he is the worlds greatest driver and never makes a mistake. Anyway, if I was u I would forget about it otherwise it will turn into the same argument!! U should contine to post on this board if u still want to remain on here, don't leave cos some people have argued with your geeza. My 2 pennies worth if it really counts as anything which I doubt! :)

I don't think we need to re-hash everything again .

Catherine, good to see you back, and I hope you find the site useful.

Just playing devil's advocate here but is there a slight chance that Iain IS Catherine (maybe some sort of Ladyboy!) seeing that she cant spell here own boyfriends name and uses the same login as Iain?
To be honest I havent seen her previous posts so I can only judge from this one but its just a thought. ;)

Iain

Minesapint, the funniest thing about the post you just made is that for ages the Supra guys thought I was a guy called 'Ash', :D then when some of them were convinced I was not, they then went on to think I was a guy called 'London Bill' :D now you think I'm Catherine, it's like part of the script of 'The Life of Brian'

Just gonna throw some fuel on the fire here (yay),
but I was once involved in a quadruple car overtaking thingy. I think Matt was around too (hey he may have been one of the other cars) but 4 alongside for a brief moment was interesting to say the least if a trifle... intimidating.. for the car coming the other way
