Easynet Email & Web Hosting

Does anyone use Easynet for web hosting or email services?

The company I work for uses them and we've had no end of problems: :mad:

The website hosing is very flaky at the best of times.
Our Easynet POP server times out/refuses connection every other attempt.
The support staff are useless

Anyone else had similar problems? :confused:

I can totally, utterly and completely recommend Titan Internet.

It who we use for this board, and we've had 100% uptime (except from when *I've* been doing something), extremely fast performance, superb customer service, etc etc. I'm recommending them to all and sundry. They can cope with pretty much anything you throw at them.

Right, I am at the end of tether with Easynet's Email service, we have had continuous problems with their POP server.

I have just spoken to their support people and my Account Manager to log a serious complaint.

Their Web Hosting service has been fine it's just the email service which is dire! :mad: The thing is using a separate company for email complicates matters. :(

I am now looking at alternate email service providers, I'll need full email forwarding/alias facilities.

Any recommendations? :rolleyes:
