ive got 60 mins of hi-8 , that i will burn onto a cd for anyone, when i figure out what software i need . :wack:

axctually i was expecting a kiss for remembering the banner.
by the way, little bits of string for it are in the front of my car.
who's idea was it to cable tie the bugger to the fence???????

Hmmm could take a while depending on quality, grim if you have an uber file that you can upload i have a few servers i can put it on and then give steve a copy :D

Whats the chance of getting all the D:MON footage raw on a DVD? Or maybe getting the DV tapes for a day so I can download the footage?
i quickly found two clips, and togoether, they're about a minute long in total, if i remember correctly. so in top notch dv avi format that's 200mb :eek:
no problem hosting it (thanks to SM) and uploading not a problem due to work broadbean connection

I have some D:MON footage, just need to sort a firewire for my PC as i can only capture it through USB at the moment and the quality is crap :(
ok, here's a plan. reasonable quality up on the webby as soon as plausible.
mega quality onto a dvd, and given to someone who will be at hwh
mark, firewire card about £5 on ebay complete with cable for camera connection.
make sure your disk is a fast one, and big! i upgraded to 160gb. that's nearly full now :eek:

oh well more expense :rolleyes: mine is 7200 but is 40gb :( i also need more Ram as im running 256k and would like at least 512k

the 8 meg is an mpeg2 file. it's just the big drift again, but looked good full screen.
worked at home, but not at work
bloody codecs :rolleyes:
