How did it go guys?

Manage to get it all done ok?

I've txt him, but had no reply yet! :(

Yeah went well, was a long day :wack: But the guys did well :thumbs: I was there to supply engine and workshop and advice.

It went. :D

I was 15mins late leaving (06-45), Called Tenman as I was leaving the house - still took 20mins to get him out of bed once I got to his. left (7-20)

Took a while to get the car onto the trailer, brakes ceased, battery dead ... blah blah blah ...(left 8-45)

Steve had the engine out of the running in mule just as we got there.(11-15)

No majors problems removing Glens old engine. (14-45)

Big BBQ :D

Started fitting new engine about 15-30
Finished @ 11-00, some timing issues ... on road home by 00-30

Yeah, he "wanted to do as much of it himself as possible" unfortunatly that meant removing the gear knob (something about he liked playing with knobs), re-fitting the knob (with help from Tenman knob expert) and a odd bolt here and there :notworthy

hehe, He did swear quite a lot as we pointed out all the bits it was gonna fail its next MOT on... Oh, and have you got him a spare Catfish yet Kev for that rear light?
