Been to the Rolling Road

Well I finally got to the rolling road today. The car is standard and it's producing 175.5 BHP @ 6169 RPM and 183.8 LBFT of torque @ 4203. They said the car is running fine, the only thing that is not right is the throttle sensor switch, apparently it's knocking the reading for the timing out. They set the timing back to the correct setting and the car made 138.9 BHP @ 5706 RPM, they set it back to what it was and the power went back up. The guy says there's nothing to worry about though, guess I'll wait for a while and see if it gets worse.

On the driving front, the car seems to have a little more power than it did this morning, but it could be psychological...? http://300zx.co.uk/200sx/ubb/wink.gif

All in all, I'm quite pleased, £82.25 including VAT.

thats a danm good power readout for a standard car, you'd usualy expect to see around 165-170. looks like you've got yourself a good engine there mate. nice to know that if your planning any mods.

Cheers mate, I want to get a K&N induction kit and a mongoose exhaust, plus a boost upgrade. My wish list is getting bigger all the time! I did get my FATT S turbo timer today, just got to wait to get it fitted.
