In guildford, theyve got an unmarked scooby, and late on at cruise night (sunday) the scooby rooled into the carpark, and being a nice chap, I started talking to the cop about the car.

Anywa, the cop was clearly a car enthusiast, and he was vhtiing about how fast it was, and even showed us a video (on the in-built car-camera-satnav thing) of how earlier that night, he'd pulled up alongside another scooby (non-cop), and then this other one razzed it off, so the cop one followed, recording the whole thing, then pulled him over!!!

Crafty/cool cop......i was even sitting in the passenger seat of the cop car whilst he was showing me this!!!!!!

Round hampton court way there is a silver unmarked Porche 911 (dunno what exactly it's usually going to fast to tell) with flashing blue lights in the grill... always see it going places fast and flashing away but never seen it actually pull anyone over yet.

My friends dad is customs and excise and he got us a lift in a Carlton which was well fast, I reckon my 200 is quicker to 60 though :)

Cumbria police have just taken delivery of a new Evo 8, joining a fleet of un/marked scooby wrx's , Skoda Otavia VRS (unmarked). They used to have an Escort Cosworth but it kept blowing up trying to catch some of the modded cars
so they scrapped it :D

Dutch Police suck. Their marked cars are mostly Golfs, Astra's , Mercedes Benz's, Volvo V70's, and even the occasional Smart. Their unmarked cars are mostly Focus wagons, Astra or Vectra wagons, Volvo V70's and even (wait for it...) Renault Kangoo's :wack:
But there are some regional police forces whose unmarked cars include Scooby's.
But they still suck.

In thet seventies and eighties, the Dutch Highway Police drove about in Porsche 911 turbo targa's. Allways with the top off (the car) and characteristic orange helmets on (the plod). Now that was cool!

If we're gonna go down market, the only time I wrote off a car, it was to an audience of the Tayside Police Stolen Car unit, in a 12 year old Astramax diesel van in Dundee. As I recall, it was blue and the cops wore bomber jackets.

didnt know they had scobys in rayleigh? seen the evo 7 or 8 cant remember what it was. there out in forse down southend and basildon at the week end. there was 7 unmarked ones in bas a sat ago. what a waste or police time.
