Had a problem with the Skyline over the weekend, and I need to get it to London to be looked at (Fingers crossed the work can be done under warranty)

Dont really want to drive the car, which leaves me with the problem of getting it there :(

Sooo, could anyone help me out with getting it down there on a trailer - naturally all expenses paid plus some for your trouble.

Thanks

Hi mate,

My car has a tow bar but I think the weight limit would be exceeded by a skyline & car trailer. The other option is a guy I know with a car transporter. I think he charges about £1.40 per mile (That's for the distance in one direction) so it could work out cheaper to hire a transit with a tow bar & trailer it there yourself.

Ive booked the afternoon off to go have a look round the local scrap yards.

Should be able to find a Mondeo in one of them with a towbar I can salvage for a few quid, then just hire a trailer for the day :)
