do you think they knew that billing was on, and lots of people would miss it? must have done, that's why there wasn't a single good thing on there.

little gay convertibles
big gay convertibles
big gay merc crap on track
skiing behind a mondeo/jag

 to last night

I agree Topgear is sh1te, and the presenters are really smug smarty pants types which really p1sses me off! Then again they were on channel 4's Driven or whatever it was  Would rather watch paint dry

hahahaha, there are car shows at Billing every week, they don't schedule round JAE ya know ;)

I thought very interesting last night, the ex SAS dude sounds like a complete nutter, IMO very cool, the little convertables was a good article, very good for convincing my g/f to go RWD ;) Also, the slating of Alistair Darling was good, and the cool wall if you don't take too serious is good light entertainment

I loved that bit with that idiot.

Jeremy: So what do you think of it (Fiat Barchetta)
Idiot: Well it's crap
Jeremy: Why's that?
Idiot: Cause it's a Fiat, it's French innit.
Jeremy: Yeeeeeeeeeeeees?!

Hehehehehe, such a cock. :D

I've got a new hero

JC: So how did you get the explosives out of the SAS base in Hereford (to blow up a film set)?
RF: I signed for them.

Brilliant!

Would agree, its a poor one this week, probably struggling for staff which are on holibags, to put a decent one together, hence the Mongayojag in the F***snow!!

Still its a lot better than V-'BJ'-H thing on a sunday, Were did they get her side kick from??

It's generally crap, 'orrible values.

However, Clarkson's admission that no car he owned could be cool cos he owned one was spot on

As was the "built like a Merc, badly"

Have also got good value from winding up a work colleague who drives a BMWmini, because it's now deemed uncool and the whole audience agreed, and then booed Clarkson trying to put the mini convertible in the cool section. She's well pissed off, especially as she's gonna have to sell it this year and they probably just took a grand off its value :D

Top Gear is great entertainment, it's the only TV I bother watching these days.

I agree but last nights choice of cars led a lot to be desired :hurl:

I doubt that they bother with scheduling it around shows etc.
Because most people have terrific little gadgets taht allow you to record telvisual entertainment onto tape. Some people can also burn it onto shiney things. Its quite clever, really. And terribly commonplace as well...

RC, you want Sky Plus mate, tis the nuts, no need for VCR!!! ;)

As for the general slating of Top Gear, think of it as light entertainment, and you can't complain :)

this post wasn't a critisim of top gear in general, just last nights effort, which seemed pretty poor.
