Spoke to our landlord's representative today to mention a water leak.
I mentioned as an aside if there would be any possiblity of having a part of the garage at the back of our flat to store stuff. I'd been told it wasn't for the tenants as there was tools in it and stuff.
What did he say?
"You can have the lot once the people in it get out, and there time's up now".
"How much"
£30 a month.

About 3 hours :D
Could possibly even get a nicer car as I'd have somewhere to store it (RX-7 :smitten: ).
Oh yeah, and it's a drive-through garage leading to a car-sized back yard :thumbs:
