Hi Guys

I need some help with a Sim card i have from Vodaphone. My phone went crazy 2 days ago and it decided to lock itself and asking for the PAC code. Now it decided to lock the Contacts on the sim card and i really really need to get them back.. Anyone can give me a hand on this????

Did you get the PAC code and input it? If yes, your phones probably playing up.

You could try PMing Missy. She can do unlocking of phones and stuff.

The PAC code stands for Port Authourity Code. Its the code used when transferring a number from one network to another. Have you done that recently?

sorry posted in the wrong section.. i entered the Pac or PAK number vodaphone gave me but the card is locked.. The problem is i want to open it so i get the contacts from it.. Can one of the mods move this to the non 200sx section please.. thanks for the help guys :thumbs:

Erm... you might want the PUK code...the PAC code is something completely different. I love telecoms and all the TLAs. It's not at all confusing :rolleyes:

sorry i confused the names.. i got the PUK code and the sim blocked itself.. is there anything i can do to get the contacts from it?

You'll need the PUK2 code (I think)
