wouldnt mind it being wet tbh, might make the day a little more interesting and shake the winning order up a little with random spins out of turn 2 a plenty :)

Hmm wet would be interesting, my car oversteers like a biatch in the rain anyway, so with the newly welded diff...

wet would even up the playing field for those of us with less power and an open diff :D
Though, I think I would still like it to be dry.
So you are coming then Rob??

Hopefully.
Will (ae86, JDMgimpsuit) has very kindly offered to help me out with my MR2. He used to work on Toyota's so knows his stuff! Anyway, I should be getting it fixed tomorrow.
I rang Manish not twenty minutes ago to book a place. So I guess I'll be there on Saturday
Just make sure he doesn't touch your diff while he's there, seems to like breaking the one on his Rolla.... ;)
We should really get some kind of "anti lag" logo, could just print it onto sticky paper and stick it on the windows or something?

Thursday, ahhh youll have it done easy. Mine is being done untill Friday morning. I am paranoid about it not going on or something :indiff:
If it rains the S14 would probably be better than the RX7 though.
Does anybody not have a "to be fixed" car?! I'm getting my sump gasket done on Thursday, otherwise it'll end up pissing oil everywhere. Nice.

don't mind it wet if it's raining, I'd prefere it dry though, it's much more fun for us, and much more fun for the spetators...
Well it sounds like at worst it'll be patchy rain, which could be interesting if some parts of the corners are wetter than others... Nice snappy changes in grip...
Mine's not broken (touch wood), although it did break down last week. A garage did some work to it, and left a few important engine bits for me to reattach later. D'oh.
I'm not hoping for rain personally. I've got brand new (<200 miles) rear tyres that haven't been scrubbed in, or heat-cycled yet. They're kinda snappy in the wet at the moment. Especially given the fronts are properly worn in and grippy. A couple of dry runs should sort it all out though.
weather update. 11pm yseterday, it was 22'c. at 8.30 this morning it was 19'
it's a little overcast at the moment, but dry and humid.

very humid. very very humid.
little light rain, very overcast
bring a brolly!
I don't think it'll be WET, but it's going to be damp.
Slippy slidey.
Awesome in the rain with a 100% locked diff, I'm getting used to it and it's superb, can't wait for tomorrow. :wack:

Do you think the surface will feel differant regardless of weather due to the F1 Circus ripping it apart the week earlier?
