I'm sure they'll be on time, I spoke to Manish last night just so he was aware that mine and Matts forms were on their way and he said its not a problem.
Not got mine. I paid straight after the last round. Good job, as I'm a bit boracic at the mo :(

So far I got an Invoice... and that is about it. So what is in the pack??? :wack:
Packs have been posted. This time round we were unable to include the wrist bands as Silverstone were to busy with the GP to sort that out. Also the Sponsors stickers were delayed so we will give them all out on the day.
See you all at 8am on Saturday morning!
Cheers,

So if we got no stickers or wristbands whats in it - Just the disclaimer and number?
It has:
- OPT indemnity form
- Silverstone standard event indemnity form
- 3 page guide to where the event is, what's happening when etc.
The schedule is now (from the guide):
0800 - Driver sign in
0830 - Driver briefing
0900 - Free practice
1300 - Lunch
1400 - Clubman competition
1530 - UKD1 Pro competition
1630 - Awards
1700 - Event ends
It mentions free practice starts at Bridge, and runs right round through the standard drift corners, through Copse (very fast first corner), through the start of Maggots and back down through the access roads to Bridge again. Drifting Copse?! For the brave!
It also says there's meant to be the wrist band in the pack, but there wasn't one in mine - explained by Manish's earlier post.
Drifting Copse?! For the brave!
If i'm not mistaken thats where all the prangs have been.

No most the Prnags have been at Maggots (where we just go to the right for the Stowe circuit I think) where people have been trying to flick it left first and not getting it back hence going into the wall on the wrong side of the corner because no-one would ever turn left there.
Copse was a bit poo in the S14, but I think it might be pretty nice if the RX7 is working.

Got my pack today
PS I s anybody staying over Friday eve?, as I'll be coming back down south after a day away & will be travel lodging I think somewhere nearby to save me a 5am start from Dorset.
Copse should be safe enough from a prangs point of view. If you're going to spin there, you'll probably end up on the outside and from memory, there's a strip of grass then a huge section of tarmac before the wall. The danger is spinning to the inside where the pit wall is. It's still a "brave" corner though because it's so fast and wide.
