I want to get a cheap decent helmet for trackdays in't motah. Doesn't need to be top notch, and I really don't want to spend a mint - just needs to do the job.

What standards would I need for:
a) a trackday helmet
b) a competition helmet

If its for Trax, and thats it this year, I have 3 borrowed helmets, and can only wear one at once. The 2 left are different sizes.
