Try some araldite - itsw got plenty of life left in it. :wack:

Seen something similar before, are all the covers there?
As the one I worked on the bottom cover had not been replaced and stones were finding there way into the cam belt / timing gears, and knarckering the belt. :nod:

Ahemmm, I did that with our old polo. Started doing a belt change on it but couldnt gett the bottom pully off and id already feced the belt that was on it. So I have to rip the bottom belt cover to bits (not easy) so i could get in to remove the old and fit the new belt. :wack:

Bloody hell Grim, I doubt that would even hold my trousers up :D
belt is stuffed and i dont even know what its on lol all i know is splits and cracks are bad
