Has anyone seen it yet?

The middle section has been allocated to the traders and the 200/300/opt/GTIROC/Skylines etc are all on the patch where the traders occupied last year.

If we can get there early there's a good camping area less than a minutes walk away from the stand :D

Which bit's that then Arry?
Since most of us will be going Friday should be a good chance of nabbing it - if we know where it is

Isn't our stand just in front of where most of us were camped last year? Where those little suzuki toys were parked up??

Dave, Dave, Dave, we ARE the coolest shit, they are gathering around US.:D

One problem we are going to have is parking in such a way to allow people at the back of the stand able to get out as we only have one open side.

So we are going to have to be sensible and have the weekend cars at the back and the day visitors at the front.

I suggest we camp near to the Z Club stand, where the '16' is marked. Or behind the stand (to the left on the map) but we'd have to create a bridge to get over the river.

Pffft, im stuck between Clifton Moor (?!) and Suzuki 100 clubs...

On the plus side it aint far from the campsite...

You lot going to come and say hello then? Oh and none of the usual stuff of 'look the the tubby by leaning in engine bay.. check the AFM setup.. then say hello and then ask what she runs' !! Just hello and here's a beer usually works :D

Looking forward to putting faces to names, aprt from either the ones ive met or the ones with pics in sigs (arry etc)

Though the idea of building a bridge, and camping directly behind the stand sounds  too ;) :wack:

Good point, either that or its a ramp, perfect for the black s13s to do their KITT impressions.:D

So, camp directly behind the stand then?

I don't know if this is any help. But if you turn the map upside down it then lines up with the one from the JAE site and our stand is on the complete opposite side to where most of us camped last year.

just noticed this bit of the thread, I did have a 200sx for about 3 months but found it chewed through more fuel than my 3.0 TT Supra so sold it to Dave Refault who fiddled with it a bit and then shifted it on I believe.

Im also the co-founder of www.supras.co.uk and the founder of www.mkivsupra.net so you might know me from there.

Site layout this year should be very interesting, I remember the first year I went the whole show was held in the area thats just traders this year. Its getting seriously big.

pretty sure i remember seing a bridge there, past it a lot last year on the way to the burger van, only prob is its on the one way ring, so it wont be a case of just popping over the bridge to the stand in the morning, you would have to go round, practically to the exit and back again, could be a prob when its busy (which it will be)

So has anyone made a decision on where we are going to camp then?

MattyGee

shall we just go where we did last year as its a big area near the showers+bogs and easy acess to most things ?

is it completely out of the question to park across the water behind the stand?

I know it says 'reserved for camping elsewhere..... but it doesn't say no camping anywhere :wack: :D

as far as i can see, the only problem is that your gonna have to go right round half the site just to get to the stand, coz its one way, fine in the evening but a koont in the morning when its busy busy busy

Simon
20-07-2004, 22:05
Well i think someone should make a decision on the day and try and make it clear where we are gonna all try and camp (somehow) I guess the best way is to drive round until you see a load of 200's unless your there stupidly early lol

I can just picyure my Sat evening arrival now. I'll be driving around searching for the sx camping area, find it and everybody will be semi-twatted and start moving there tents so I can't get it, ''Oh no its the new boy! block im out quick'' :wack:

Jon
22-07-2004, 10:19
Have you ever tried to move a tent semi-twatted. Not recommended.
If you show up without a 200, the tent gets burned, that's all.
