Is it Thunderball by Moving Fusion it's on Ram records.

It's really fvcking hard, top track, Jo Whiley played it once but I doubt it's on the Radio 1 a,b or c playlist.

Everything on Ram Records is sh!t hot and really hard though.

Its not reallllyy D+B, although there are some samples from Arsonist, Terrorist and SuperSharpShooter in there (among others), which is a touch
