Yeah strange that  Especially given plod's zealous nature when speed is involved
He was probably on the phone at the time, trying to comfort Ray Parlour http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/3872905.stm

He's had it a wee while anyway, it was needing changed. :wack:
Plod should do him.
I'm worried that he may feel the need to get on our TV screens with yet another crap gameshow to pay for a new one

if you follow the speed limits... you shouldnt really have any risk of spinning off the road and smashing a car up... especally if youve something with the grip of one of those....................
its not as if its icy or wet at the moment....
he should be investigated...

I don't see why it's a problem. No-one else was involved, no-one was hurt and there's no reason why he had to have been speeding.
They weren't interested in the least when I took my first 200sx into a field ( :annoyed: )

Apparently he'd switched the stability control off..........................
And bystanders said it "sounded" fast, but what decent car doesn't! :)

I hate Ferrari's :D What a shame :indiff:
I think he'll have learnt having had his car smashed up... why does everyone feel the need to teach people lessons? 'some' tolerance isn't a bad thing peeps!

True, and it would have been a waste not to "explore the performance envelope" of such a vehicle (says the man whos written off many trashy Fords!)

My point was nothing to do with being so childish as to teach people lessons  It was that a person not so well know as Mr Wright might not have got away with it, that's all. However, I am heartened that Tombs had the same treatment
