Yes, I made it to the end of the Race For Life. I managed to run 5km in 30 mins and 17 seconds. This I was very pleased with considering I'm not a runner and never did much exercise until I began to train for this :)
I'd just like to thank all those who have sponsored me and ask if you have not sent your sponsors to me yet, could you post them to me at Apex :thumbs:

Bren doesn't do running, he does cycle now and again. He said you would need to pay alot of money to see him run :)
